Get ready for a five-day adventure along the Country Music Highway! From moonshine and music to history, scenery, and small-town charm, this trip is packed with a lot of country music, beautiful country, history, and unforgettable experiences. This Prestonsburg trip was a favorite for many mystery trip travelers in 2023.

Itinerary
We start our journey with a surprise stop today, before continuing to Louisville, KY. After dinner and checking into the Drury Inn & Suites, your evening is free to relax and prepare for your busy days ahead.
After breakfast, we head to Frankfort, Kentucky, for a guided city tour, including the beautiful Capitol Building. Russ, the tour guide, keeps your attention easily. Next, we travel to Staffordsville to explore the Country Music Highway Museum, complete with lunch and entertainment. Our day continues with a visit to the East Kentucky Science Center, with an incredible presentation at the planetarium. We will check into the newly remodeled rooms at Jenny Wiley State Resort Park. Their welcome reception is only the beginning of their superb hospitality. Tonight, enjoy a moonshine hideaway tour and tasting, followed by a barbecue supper and lively music from a local band. Audience participation makes for great pictures! Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included.
The morning begins with a scenic pontoon boat ride on Dewey Lake, which flows behind our lodge. Then we begin our Loretta Lynn day after a visit to the Van Lear Museum and a hearty Coal Miner's Lunch. In the afternoon, we tour Loretta Lynn's Homeplace and Webb's Country Store, where music and memories abound. While you are waiting for your turn to tour Loretta's home, some of her relatives will entertain you with stories and a performance at the store! So many great memories are made at Webbs . Dinner tonight is at Billy Ray's Restaurant, followed by a fantastic show, Loretta & Patsy, at the Mountain Arts Center. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included.
Today, we will begin our journey home. With Smith Tours, you always have to expect the unexpected! A mystery stop with activities and a delightful lunch makes this day full of surprises and smiles. We will overnight at the Hampton Inn located in Corydon, IN, with a dinner stop at Flipdaddy's. Breakfast and Lunch included.
After breakfast, we will have a movie on the coach that will tie in all of our activities from the last few days. We have found a new travel
destination that you can now share with your family and friends, because after you share your trip, they will be asking you to go back with them! Breakfast and Lunch included.

Cancellation Policy
One Day Trips
If you decide to cancel more than 30 days out, you will receive a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days and a replacement is found, a full refund will be made.
Multi-Day Trips
To receive a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee, you must cancel prior to our deadlines. If you cancel after the deadline, we will refund any money we are able to recover from hotels, attractions, etc. Cancellation Insurance – Smith Tours recommends travelers take out trip insurance. Allianz is a company some of our travelers have had success with. The cost of insurance depends on age, the location and number of days traveling. You may call 1-800-284-8300 for assistance or go to www.allianztravelinsurance.com for more information. Insurance covers trip cancellation, trip interruption, travel delay, as well as medical protection. Travel Insured is another company that our travelers have used. If you want to take out trip insurance, it must be done within 14 days of making your trip deposit if you want any pre-existing conditions covered.
